Our Therapists

I believe in the power of showing up and providing genuine support in a positive, non judgmental, and comfortable environment. Regardless of what you may be suffering from (anxiety, depression, family issues, coming out, a life change, breakup, a gender or sexual identity transition) we can start the process of healing and problem solving through therapy.

Taking the first step to engage in therapy isn't easy, but it is brave and will be worth it. I offer a range of clinical services to adults of all ages, youth, children, and couples or romantic partnerships.

Areas of special interest include:

  • Trauma recovery and PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder)

  • Cognitive behavioral approach to anxiety and depression

  • Life transitions, building independence, finding community away from home, creating life balance
