ADRIENNE KILBY (she/her/hers) LCSW-C
Clinical Social Worker/Therapist
I help people who see their lives impacted by anxiety, depression, sexual concerns, feelings
of guilt and shame, low self-esteem, and relationship conflicts. We can work together to
uncover and heal the roots of challenging thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so you can find
joy in a life that you live according to your values. I specialize in working with people who
want help exploring sexual orientation, gender identity, pleasure, kink, polyamory, and
concerns about sex (anxiety, pain, dissociation, unsatisfying relationships), as well as those
who have experienced sexual or religious trauma.
Some parts of my identity are that I am cis, white, queer, straight-sized, sex/poly/kink
