I am certified in emotionally focused therapy for couples/relational units which works to heal internal wounds and negative patterns.

I also work with women going through infertility, family planning, using IVF, as well as pre/post natal support.

I believe this place needs to provide encouragement, feedback, and tools to help each person become empowered to further their personal development and healing.  The core of my practice focuses on helping those who've been impacted by multiple losses, broken relationships, violent life events, unstable home lives, systemic oppression, or interpersonal violence. I also provide clinical services for secondary trauma, vicarious trauma and/or compassion fatigue. While you know yourself better than anyone, your experience gives you the courage to embrace new change. of guilt and shame, low self-esteem, and relationship conflicts. We can work together to
uncover and heal the roots of challenging thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so you can find
joy in a life that you live according to your values. I specialize in working with people who
want help exploring sexual orientation, gender identity, pleasure, kink, polyamory, and
concerns about sex (anxiety, pain, dissociation, unsatisfying relationships), as well as those
who have experienced sexual or religious trauma. Some parts of my identity are that I am cis, white, queer, straight-sized, sex/poly/kink positive and a survivor of an evangelical Christian upbringing. I practice sharing power in the therapy relationship by thoughtfully bringing my full self to the table; I’m definitely not a “blank slate” therapist!​ I work with individual clients ages 18+
