Our Approach.

Elizabeth Harring, LCSW-C created this group practice because she's lived and worked in Baltimore, and has seen improvement in the lives of those having access to quality mental health services in our city.

We are trauma informed therapists - guided by training in cognitive behavioral, solution focused, attachment, and mindfulness therapies. Our therapists have extensive experience in providing therapy to teens, adults, couples, and families in diverse communities. We are allies to, or members of, the LGBTQIA+ community and passionately committed to providing affirmative care; guided by WPATH standards. We are rooted in anti-racism and anti-oppression work.

While we may be based in Baltimore, we provide telehealth therapy services throughout the state of Maryland, from the comfort of your computer or phone. We accept some major insurances (Carefirst/BCBS, Cigna, EHP).
